What we collect
Forms on this site collect what you type into them: name, phone, email if you provide it, pickup city or county, service type, preferred date, and for provider applications, business details. We do not require accounts and do not collect payment information, because nothing on this site costs money.
What we do with it
- Callback requests are forwarded to the one provider you selected, along with your contact details and trip information, so that provider can contact you directly. That forwarding is the entire purpose of the form.
- Launch list requests are kept so we can reach out to you as Instant Medical Rides goes live in your area.
- Provider applications are used to confirm listing details and set up the listing.
We store submissions in our customer relationship management system. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone other than the provider you chose to contact.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Instant Medical Rides about your specific request or listing application. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of using this site.
We do not share or sell your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. If we forward your ride request to an independent provider so they can contact you, that is a separate action you direct by submitting the request, described above, and it is not marketing.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics (aggregate page views and events like phone clicks). No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, no cookie banner needed.
Health information
We ask for the minimum trip details needed to forward your request. Please do not include medical history in free-text fields; share those details directly with the provider by phone.
Your choices
Email support@instantmedicalrides.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.
