1. The service
InstantMedicalRides ("we," "us") operates a free online directory of independently owned non-emergency medical transportation providers in North Carolina. Using the site, calling a listed provider, or submitting a form means you accept these terms.
2. Our role is limited
We publish provider information and forward contact requests. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a provider. We do not provide transportation, do not dispatch or arrange trips, do not set or collect prices, and are not a transportation broker. Providers are independent businesses solely responsible for their services, licensing, insurance, pricing, and conduct.
3. No guarantee
Listings, pricing, hours, and response commitments are provided in good faith based on information supplied by the providers themselves, but are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not verify provider licensing or insurance and do not guarantee availability, response, quality, or safety of any provider.
4. Your use
Use the directory only for lawful, personal, or caregiving purposes. Do not scrape, republish, or resell directory data, misrepresent your identity on forms, or submit false requests.
5. Forms and forwarding
When you submit a callback request, you direct us to forward your contact details and trip information to the provider you selected. Communication after that is between you and the provider. See our privacy policy for how form data is handled.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by North Carolina law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the directory or from any service provided by a listed provider, including missed appointments, delays, injuries, or losses. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the directory is to stop using it.
7. Provider listings
Providers appear only with their consent. A provider may request removal or correction of its listing at any time by emailing support@instantmedicalrides.com. We may remove or amend any listing at our discretion.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
